Larger than a normal chicken but smaller than a turkey, capons provide tender, juicy, flavorful meat that is well suited to roasting.
Our capons are allowed to mature slowly and wonder freely around our spacious barns. All this freedom, natural light and fresh air makes for especially tasty meat for your Christmas table.
They are aged for a minimum of 7 days to allow the flavour to develop.
We provide our capons dressed and oven ready along with a set of giblets.
All of our Christmas produce is available for COLLECTION ONLY from the farm shop on Saturday 22nd, 8am to 3pm, Sunday 23rd December 2018, from 8 am – 12 pm, and on Monday 24th December 2018, from 7 am – 4 pm.
